School's out — and families are moving
The last day of school just hit for most Atlantic County families, and every year around this time, something predictable happens in the market.
Families move.
Not because they suddenly decided to — they've been thinking about it all year. But the school calendar creates a hard deadline. Parents want to be in the new home, kids enrolled in the new school, and settled before September. That gives them exactly 8–10 weeks from right now.
If you're in that category — outgrowing your current space, looking at a better school district, or just ready for a different chapter — this is the time to act, not the time to think about acting.
The Atlantic County school districts I get asked about most: Egg Harbor Township School District for families who want a solid suburban setup, and Galloway Township for buyers who want more land and more house for the money.
Here's what I'd tell you if you were my family: get your pre-approval squared away this week, then let me show you what's available. The homes that work for families move fast in June and July.
